Salary: Rs. 100,000 – Rs. 140,000 per month

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our solar energy projects—helping plan, coordinate, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key part in delivering quality solar solutions on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist project managers in creating and updating schedules, budgets, and key deliverables.

• Offer technical insights during planning phases to make sure engineering needs are aligned.

• Review and prepare technical documents like reports, drawings, and specifications.

• Help compile permitting and regulatory documentation.

• Manage important project files including permits, contracts, and compliance records.

• Coordinate inspections and work with utility companies for interconnection.

• Assess solar system designs to ensure they meet codes, standards, and client expectations.

• Support quality control efforts and track project documentation throughout the process.

• Maintain organized records, including as-built plans and technical files.

• Contribute to system performance reviews and commissioning outputs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in solar project coordination or similar roles (preferred).

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Highly organized, with great time management skills.

• Understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety requirements.
