We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in BPO hiring, specifically for UK and USA -based campaigns. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in call center recruitment processes and capable of working in a night shift environment.

Position: HR Recruiter – BPO Sector (Night Shift)
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Rs. 75,000 – Rs. 95,000 per month
Work Mode: On-site

We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Recruiter who’s passionate about connecting the right talent with the right roles. This position focuses on hiring for international (UK/USA) call center campaigns, and we need someone who understands the fast-paced nature of BPO recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our UK and US-based call center campaigns.

• Actively source candidates via job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.

• Conduct screenings and interviews to shortlist suitable profiles.

• Work closely with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Keep recruitment trackers updated and generate timely reports.

• Support onboarding of selected candidates, ensuring all documentation and formalities are completed smoothly.

• Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR-related questions.

• Help maintain up-to-date employee records.

• Coordinate with operations for manpower forecasting and hiring plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in BPO recruitment, especially for UK/USA campaigns.

• A confident communicator with strong people skills.

• Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and platforms.

• Comfortable working night shifts at our Johar Town office.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
