Role Descriprtion.

This is a full-time Onsite Call Center Representative role located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Customize conversations based on individual client needs.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional team members to reach sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and foster business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in relevant field
• Strong communication skills
• Must have sales or call center experience (experience in energy call center is preferrable)
• Able to work according to UK time zone (2pm-11pm) for females timming will be (2pm-10:30pm)
• Interested candidate should be based in Lahore
