Front Desk Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors professional, direct them to the linked department or personnel.
• Manage administion task, including data entry, keep record, and filings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage package deliveries.
• Respond to questions and solve issues in a professional and time given manner.
• Check front desk security and ensure a well-maintained reception area.
• Assist with other administration duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in a front desk,  or customer service role.
• Strong communicating and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
